Authorization to approve the 2021 budget of the Emirate of Ajman

His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, affirmed that the general budget of the Ajman government 2021 came to confirm the wise leadership’s keenness to complete the efforts made to build a strong, diversified and competitive economy based on knowledge and innovation in order to achieve comprehensive development in various vital sectors, especially the interest in Economic affairs, the infrastructure development, and a safe and modern living environment for citizens and residents befitting the emirate’s position as an ideal destination for living, working, business and investment management.

Nasser Al Marzouqi, Deputy Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the approved general budget for 2021 confirms the clear direction of the Ajman government towards achieving comprehensive development and building a sustainable and integrated economy that reflects the insightful vision of the wise leadership and enhances the ability of the Emirate of Ajman to develop its economic system and achieve its future aspirations with high efficiency. Al Marzouqi emphasized that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to play an effective role in achieving the emirate’s vision and contributing to its development through improving the performance of the real estate sector and creating an attractive and safe environment for investment.
