Ajman’s Real Estate Transactions Exceed AED 8.12 Billion in Q3 2025
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 5,048 real estate transactions during the third quarter of 2025, with a total value exceeding AED 8.12 billion, achieving a growth rate of 47% compared to the same period of the previous year.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the figures recorded during the third quarter represent a continuation of the positive and upward performance witnessed in Ajman’s real estate market. He noted that real estate projects have become more diversified and the number of investors has increased significantly, thanks to Ajman’s supportive and stimulating business environment, which enhances investor confidence and ensures them a comprehensive and successful investment experience.
He further pointed out that the total trading volume amounted to AED 5.22 billion from a total of 4,102 sales transactions. The area of “Al Rumaila 3” recorded the highest individual sale value at AED 300 million, while the “Emirates City” project topped the list of most actively traded major developments, outperforming both “City Towers” and “Ajman One.” Meanwhile, “Al Helio 2” ranked first among the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Helio 1” and “Al Yasmeen.”
With regard to mortgage transactions, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation noted that 633 mortgage registrations were recorded during the third quarter, with a total value exceeding AED 1.19 billion, and that the “Industrial Area 2” recorded the highest mortgage value, amounting to AED 110 million.
