Ajman Lands organizes a course on “Real Estate Qualification for National Brokers”

The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman organized a specialized training course to qualify national brokers. The course aims to increase the real estate knowledge of the participants and raise their efficiency by acquiring the professional skills necessary to practice real estate activities.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said: “We seek through this training program to familiarize real estate brokers with laws and regulations, enhance their concepts of real estate trading, and qualify them to practice the real estate brokerage profession in accordance with the ethics and procedures set by the department in order to organize the work of real estate brokers and activate Their pivotal role in the real estate market.

Al Muhairi explained that the “Real Estate Qualification Course for National Brokers” focused on the ethics and code of honor of practicing the real estate brokerage profession, in addition to the real estate registration process, the procedures for selling and transferring ownership, as well as the rental system in the Emirate of Ajman  and an introduction to the Owners’ Union and its management, stressing that the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department is keen to upgrade the performance of the real estate sector, by qualifying all its employees and providing them with the necessary skills to provide integrated and distinguished services that come up to the level of aspirations of the concerned groups.
