His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received two certificates from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the first in Innovation Management (2019: 56002), and the second in the Training and Career Development Department (10015: 2019).

His Highness said that obtaining this qualitative entitlement by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation reflects the strategic objectives in adopting best practices in the field of innovation, strengthening the culture of creativity among all employees and providing a supportive and stimulating work environment for them. He stressed the Department’s keenness to continuously develop its institutional performance and work to make its customers happy by relying on modern methods and innovative designs based on customer visions and aspirations.

His Highness also praised the continuous efforts made by the Department to develop mechanisms and methods for training employees, raise the efficiency of the functional system, and provide it with the necessary skills to achieve the desired excellence at all levels, which will positively affect the satisfaction of employees and customers alike
