Within the framework of its strategic plan aimed at empowering and developing the competencies of the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman, qualifying its workers and providing them with the necessary skills to achieve success and provide the best real estate services, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, in cooperation with the Masar Institute, concluded its training program for qualifying real estate brokers with participation of 26 male and female trainees.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Department continues to provide the necessary support to real estate brokers through the series of its integrated training programs, believing in their pivotal and important role in promoting the activity of the real estate market, as they are a key element and a necessary link between the parties to the real estate process, stressing The Department keenness to improve the performance of this vital sector through concerted efforts and the commitment of all concerned to the regulations and laws enacted by the Ajman government in order to regulate the work of the real estate sector in the Emirate.
