The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman launched the “From the Community… For the Community” initiative to honor its senior citizens and people of determination customers and to recognize their contributions and status in society.

The initiative focused on embracing and bringing happiness to senior citizens and people of determination by providing special “You Are the Blessing” cards. These cards offer exceptional free services that facilitate the completion of their transactions through a flexible experience specifically designed to meet their needs and enhance their satisfaction.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, emphasized that this initiative aligns with the directives of the wise leadership to provide the necessary support to senior citizens and people of determination, facilitate their access to government services, and simplify procedures for them to ensure a better experience and enhance their comfort and happiness.

He added that the Department is working to consolidate both its corporate reputation and its social responsibility by adopting a number of initiatives and activities aimed at serving various segments of society, contribute to improving the quality of life, achieving sustainable development, making the Emirate of Ajman a better place to live and work and providing a suitable and ideal environment for senior citizens and people of determination.

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the “From the Community… For the Community” initiative reflects the Department’s commitment to its societal role and its keenness to harness all means and methods to support senior citizens and people of determination and providing them with integrated services that meet their aspirations.

He explained that this initiative allows senior citizens and people of determination to benefit from the “You Are the Blessing” card, which provides them with special privileges covering various real estate services, including property transactions, data updates, and priority in all procedures. Furthermore, transactions can be completed from their place of residence without the need to visit the Department.
