Ajman Lands Hosts the Second Meeting of the Next-Generation Services Program

As part of the Ajman Government’s efforts to enhance governmental integration and accelerate steps toward eliminating bureaucracy, in line with UAE Vision 2031 and Ajman Vision 2030, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation hosted the second meeting of the Next-Generation Services Program, in collaboration with Ajman Digital Department.

 

The meeting aims to move from envisioning and planning future strategies—accomplished in the first phase of the program—towards the practical implementation of initiatives and projects that focus on enriching customer experience and delivering leading government services characterized by simplicity, flexibility, and efficiency.

 

The meeting, held at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, was attended by a number of local and federal government entities, reflecting a commitment to exchanging expertise and ensuring integration at both the local and federal levels to support the government transformation journey and strengthen collaboration across different sectors.

 

The meeting featured presentations of successful experiences and innovative practices, in addition to the signing of several new cooperation agreements between government entities—an important step that underscores the emirate’s commitment to developing government services and adopting an integrated model aligned with the aspirations of the wise leadership.

 

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that this meeting represents an opportunity to discuss “Next-Generation Services” and marks an additional step toward eliminating bureaucracy and enhancing the quality of government services in the Emirate of Ajman, in line with the vision and directives of the wise leadership to strengthen governmental integration and accelerate the elimination of bureaucracy.

 

He affirmed that, thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, may Allah preserve him, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has made significant progress in its journey toward real estate leadership, successfully achieving its strategic objectives, and enhancing its readiness for the future through embracing excellence, creativity, and innovation across all projects and initiatives designed to support the national direction of eliminating bureaucracy.

 

Al Muhairi also praised the “Ajman Ownership Package” project, which represents the fruitful outcome of effective partnership between government entities aimed at enhancing quality of life in Ajman, reducing government requirements for property acquisition, and providing comprehensive, proactive, and reliable services. He further emphasized the department’s commitment to bringing about a qualitative shift in the quality and efficiency of services to enrich customer experience and provide all means of comfort and well-being.

 

For her part, Her Excellency Dr. Ahood Ali Shehail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, stressed that the second meeting of the Next-Generation Services Program underscores the importance of its second phase, which focuses on executing and transforming the concepts and plans proposed in the first phase into practical projects and initiatives that enhance customer experience.

 

She added: “At Ajman Digital Department, we are leading this transformation by building a new governmental model based on simplicity, innovation, and responsiveness to customer needs, in line with Ajman Vision 2030 and the UAE’s aspirations for the future.”

 

The second meeting of the Next-Generation Services Program is considered a significant step in Ajman’s government transformation journey, bringing together various government entities around a shared goal of simplifying procedures, accelerating achievement, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering smart, integrated, and proactive services that contribute to building a fully integrated digital future.
