The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman organized the Partners Forum 2025, with the participation of representatives from government and private sector entities. The forum aimed to strengthen cooperation and enhance joint relations in support of mutual interests and to realize strategic, forward-looking development goals.

The forum, held at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, brought together a number of the Department’s strategic partners from various vital sectors. This reflects the Department’s commitment to strengthening partnerships, enhancing institutional performance, developing human capital, improving digital infrastructure, and fostering a future-oriented real estate sector.

Ahmad Khalfan Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the forum provided a valuable platform to explore development opportunities in Ajman, identify promising future joint projects, and discuss ways to achieve sustainable and effective integration.
