Ajman Lands Hosts the Partners Forum 2025

The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman organized the Partners Forum 2025, with the participation of representatives from government and private sector entities. The forum aimed to strengthen cooperation and enhance joint relations in support of mutual interests and to realize strategic, forward-looking development goals.

 

The forum, held at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, brought together a number of the Department’s strategic partners from various vital sectors. This reflects the Department’s commitment to strengthening partnerships, enhancing institutional performance, developing human capital, improving digital infrastructure, and fostering a future-oriented real estate sector.

 

Ahmad Khalfan Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the forum provided a valuable platform to explore development opportunities in Ajman, identify promising future joint projects, and discuss ways to achieve sustainable and effective integration. These efforts align with institutional aspirations and reflect the future direction of services, ensuring their quality and alignment with the broader vision for the advancement of the real estate sector in Ajman.

 

He added that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is committed to the vision and directives of the wise leadership aimed at eliminating bureaucracy, simplifying procedures, and developing work methods. He highlighted the importance of providing proactive services characterized by high quality and efficiency, enriching customer experience, and providing all means of comfort.

 

Al Shamsi has confirmed the department’s keen interest and commitment to developing its vision and future plans based on innovative methods and visions, focusing on the needs of its customers and in effective cooperation with strategic partners, in order to raise the level of performance and achieve the desired strategic goals.
