The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the amendment of official working hours starting from Tuesday, October 1, 2024, as part of its efforts and endeavors aimed at providing an exceptional experience for customers that ensures flexibility, accuracy and speed in completing transactions.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, explained that according to the new work system, the Department will provide its services to customers from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5 pm and on Friday from 7:30 am to 12 pm, while on Saturday the Department will receive its customers from 9 am to 12 pm.

Al Muhairi stressed that the Department seeks, through extending the number of official working hours, to enhance customer happiness and provide them with the best services through flexible working hours that suit different customer segments and help them to complete their transactions with ease and comfort.

The Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation added that the Department continuously seeks to meet the needs of customers and provide them with an exceptional experience through its digital system that provides integrated and innovative service packages based on advanced working methods that ensure the highest level of quality, speed and privacy.
