A team from the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, headed by Mr. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Projects Department, conducted an inspection field visit to a number of real estate development projects in the Emirate of Ajman.

Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi confirmed that the inspection visits come within the framework of the Department’s keenness to continuously monitor the progress of work in various ongoing real estate projects, to determine the percentages of completion in them, and to ensure the extent of the real estate development companies’ commitment to the quality of projects and respect for the deadlines for their delivery.

Al Shamsi said that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation intensified its supervisory and regulatory efforts at a time when Ajman is witnessing a vast real estate boom and a noticeable acceleration in the pace of economic activity, especially real estate development projects in recent years thanks to the exceptional infrastructure and advantages that the emirate provides to investors.

The inspection visit included the following real estate projects, Emirates City, Ajman, Uptown.
