The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition within the framework of strategic cooperation and coordination and joint endeavors to unify efforts in order to stimulate the real estate sector and promoting an investment environment in the Emirate.

During the meeting, which was held at the Department’s headquarters, headed by His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and in the presence of Counselor Hazza Ibrahim Al Mansouri, member of the Board of Directors of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition, and Nawaf Obaid, CEO of the ACRES Exhibition, the agenda of upcoming real estate events for the ACRES Exhibition and the mechanism of participation in them were reviewed to highlight the solidity of the real estate sector in Ajman and its high competitiveness, especially in the shadow of the rising performance that reflects the strength of the sector and the diversity of investment opportunities and attractions that encourage local and international investors and enhance their confidence in the economic climate in the Emirate.
