Ajman Lands Department Receives Delegation from Sharjah Police to Review Best Practices in Service Delivery and Institutional Excellence

The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from the General Command of Sharjah Police, who visited to review the best applied practices in service delivery and to conduct benchmarking aimed at enhancing institutional performance.

The meeting included a presentation of the Department’s key experiences and distinguished initiatives, which led to it receiving a 6-star rating under the Global Star Rating System for Services and contributed to enhancing the customer journey and raising the quality of services.

The visiting delegation was introduced to the work systems and integrated service packages offered by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation through its digital service portal and service centers. Discussions also covered best practices in corporate governance, innovation projects, and artificial intelligence technologies.

The delegation from the General Command of Sharjah Police expressed its gratitude to the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation for the warm reception, praising its fruitful cooperation and commitment to exchanging expertise to achieve shared goals and aspirations for delivering the highest-quality services and enhancing customer satisfaction and happiness.
