Ajman Lands Department briefs a delegation from the “Identity and Citizenship Authority” on best practices in the Global Star Rating System for services.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, who came to review the best experiences in customer happiness and learn about the most important practices followed in implementing the global star rating system for services.

 

The meeting, chaired by Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department and Head of the Stars Team, reviewed the department’s most prominent experiences and distinguished initiatives, which resulted in obtaining a 6-star rating according to the global star rating system for services. These initiatives contributed to enhancing the customer journey and improving the quality of services.

 

Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi emphasized that the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation is keen to strengthen partnerships, transfer knowledge, and exchange experiences with various government agencies and institutions in the country. This stems from its belief that knowledge exchange in government work plays a pivotal role in achieving sustainable excellence, helps develop the work system, and raises the efficiency of institutional performance

 

The delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security toured the Customer Happiness Center, where they learned about the work systems in place and the integrated service packages provided by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation to its customers through the digital services portal and service delivery offices.

 

The visiting delegation also expressed its thanks to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation for the warm welcome, appreciating its fruitful cooperation and keenness to exchange expertise in order to achieve the common goals and objectives aimed at providing the finest services to customers and enhancing their levels of satisfaction and happiness.
