“Ajman Lands” Briefs a Delegation from the Ministry of Interior on Best Practices in the Field of Services

The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation received participants of the Future Services Diploma, implemented by the Ministry of Interior, with the participation of 44 federal and local government and semi-government entities.

 

This visit comes within the framework of joint efforts to realize the vision of the wise leadership in enhancing cooperation and integration among government entities, in a manner that contributes to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality of life for the community of the United Arab Emirates.

 

The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to strengthen partnerships, promote knowledge transfer, and exchange expertise with various government entities and institutions across the country, stemming from its belief in the importance of knowledge exchange in developing the government work ecosystem and enhancing institutional performance efficiency.

 

During the visit, the Ministry of Interior delegation was briefed on the best practices applied in the field of services, and became acquainted with the Department’s most prominent experiences and distinguished initiatives, which contributed to its attainment of a 6-star rating under the Global Star Rating System for Services, and played a role in enhancing the customer journey and elevating the quality of services.

 

The visiting delegation expressed its appreciation to the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation for the warm reception, commending its fruitful cooperation and commitment to the exchange of expertise, in support of achieving shared visions aimed at enhancing service quality and improving operational efficiency.
