Ajman Lands Achieves Leadership in the field of Institutional Resilience

The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman has been ranked as a leader in the field of Institutional Resilience Maturity, according to the evaluation of the International Organization for Institutional Resilience “ICOR”.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Department’s achievement of this prestigious global classification is the result of the directives of the wise leadership and an affirmation of the Department’s excellence and its continuation of the path of leadership in various aspects, especially strategic leadership, as it is an important element in the process of responding and adapting to changes, explaining that the Department has succeeded in applying the five axes of the global maturity model for institutional resilience, as it was able to strengthen its organizational infrastructure and prove its full readiness to manage risks in an effective and innovative manner.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation pointed out that the institutional resilience capabilities assessment tool revolved around 5 axes, 17 strategy, 95 ability and 6 behaviors in order to measure the Department’s capabilities and its readiness to adapt to various variables, stressing the Department’s keenness to develop its operations and raise the efficiency of institutional performance according to the highest international standards and in line with the accelerating pace of the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
