His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, received the certificate of conformity to the international standard in the management of business continuity ISO 22301, after the department succeeded in implementing an integrated strategy that includes procedures and measures for continuing to provide its necessary services to the community during emergencies, crises and disasters in accordance with the best international practices .

His Highness said that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation obtaining this prestigious certificate confirms the strategic direction of the department and its ambitious future vision, which depends on the application of the best international practices in various fields and enhances the efforts of the Department in performing its mission towards society and dealers in all circumstances and conditions, through taking the measures and procedures that Ensures that services continue to be provided to members of society during emergencies and crises at the same level of quality and excellence.

His Highness also praised the department’s obtaining the accreditation certificate for the best work environment, which is granted by the international organization “Great Place to Work”, stressing that the department succeeded in creating a positive and motivating work environment for employees by adopting the best practices and work methods in order to make the department’s employees happy, meet all their needs and consolidate a culture of innovation and creativity and promoting a culture of loyalty and career affiliation.

 

For his part, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the department has achieved a new achievement to be added to its record of achievements, and was able to develop its efficiency and capabilities through optimal investment in the human element, which is the basic building block in achieving the department’s goals and its ambitious vision towards drawing a promising real estate future based on an integrated and innovative work system that reflects the level of growth and development reached by the Emirate of Ajman at various levels.
