Ajman Land holds the first real estate auction for 2022

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held the first real estate auction for the year 2022, during which a group of residential and commercial lands were offered in Al Aamerah district.

The auction, which was held at the Ajman Saray Hotel, in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and a large number of investors and dealers wishing to purchase the offered properties witnessed the sale of 19 plots of land with a total area of ​​6556 square meters.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the first real estate auction for 2022 witnessed a remarkable turnout and interaction, as the offered lands matched the requirements of a wide segment of investors, which reflects the attractiveness of Ajman for real estate investments in view of the facilities and ingredients that the emirate enjoys thanks to its diverse economy, high competitiveness, and advanced infrastructure, confirming that the Department is keen to organize real estate auctions in accordance with the regulations and laws set by the Ajman government in order to enhance the confidence of investors and encourage them to practice their business within an ideal and integrated investment environment and a supportive and stimulating economic climate that contributes to achieving comprehensive sustainable development.
