The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman organized a specialized training course in “Third Party Real Estate Management” with the aim of developing the skills of real estate managers and qualifying them to carry out their duties effectively and professionally. The course, which was held at Ajman Saray Hotel over two days, witnessed the participation of 25 associates.

Nasser Al-Marzouqi, Director of the Real Estate Relations Department, said that the training course focused on the rules and regulations related to the management of third-party property and the work strategies of real estate managers and their role in ensuring the best investment returns and eliminating negative and ineffective practices in real estate management, as well as raising their awareness of rental systems and disputes and ways to achieve the satisfaction and happiness of occupants of the real estate units.

Al Marzouqi stressed that the department strives to improve the quality of life in the Emirate of Ajman by rehabilitating workers in the real estate sector and providing them with the necessary skills to provide integrated and distinguished services that befit the reputation of Ajman and the level of development and development witnessed by the Emirate at various levels.
