Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, received the ISO 37000 Corporate Governance certificate from the International Organization for Standardization, following the Department’s success in applying the highest international standards in the field of corporate governance.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stated that the Department’s attainment of this certification reflects its pioneering journey, reinforces a culture of institutional excellence, and supports the future directions of the Ajman Government. He emphasized the Department’s commitment to strengthening corporate governance and building a more effective and efficient financial model that contributes to improving service quality and ensures a smooth and integrated experience for customers.

He also commended the continuous efforts exerted by the Department to comply with laws and standards, enhance institutional performance efficiency, and plan for a more sustainable future, in a manner that positively impacts all sectors—particularly the real estate sector, as it represents a key driver of economic growth.
