Stemming from the keenness of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman to enhance the government efficiency and focus on clients, the Department held a cooperative meeting with Sheikh Zayed Housing Program (SZHP) through which “Maskani Initiative” shall be activated to improve the mortgage services .

This shall save time and effort for clients and shall offer competitive advantage in the leadership of services.

During the meeting, the requirements for the project progress have been discussed and an agreement on the measures to be handled between both parties has been reached. Furthermore, an initial work plan for the project execution has been put in place.
