The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation with the Municipality and Planning Department in order to develop the performance of the real estate sector and push the wheel of economic development in the Emirate of Ajman. This came during the meeting that brought together His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department, in the presence of a number of officials from both sides.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi stressed the importance of integrating roles and intensifying efforts in order to improve institutional performance and develop operations to serve the two sides’ pursuit of customers’ happiness and meet their needs with high efficiency. He praised the efforts of the Municipality and Planning Department and its successive achievements and its keenness to support all departments and institutions to achieve common goals and enhance the Emirate’s position as one of the most prominent investment destinations in the region, especially in the real estate field, which is witnessing rapid growth thanks to the great attention paid by the wise leadership to this vital sector.

In turn, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi affirmed the keenness of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman to extend bridges of cooperation and open horizons for joint coordination with all authorities and departments in the Emirate under the direct directives of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department, for his keenness to advance the Emirate in all fields and maintain its prestigious position, indicating that we are keen to support constructive projects and qualitative initiatives that preserve the reputation of the real estate sector in the Emirate.
