The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation held, in coordination and cooperation, a specialized course in real estate management with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of real estate managers and eliminating negative and ineffective practices in this field. The course, which was held at the Ajman Saray Hotel over two days, witnessed the participation of 20 employees.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the training course focused on the real estate management process, the role of real estate managers in ensuring the best investment returns, the keys to real estate mensuration, and ways to enhance the levels of satisfaction among residents and occupants of real estate units; as well as raising their awareness about rental and dispute systems in order to preserve the rights of all concerned parties and the organization of the relationship between them.

Al Muhairi affirmed that the Emirate of Ajman is proceeding in its comprehensive development path and has succeeded with excellence in improving the quality of life, achieving happiness and well-being for the population and strengthening its position among the best destinations for living and investment, due to the basic ingredients and  facilities it has in addition to smart services and advanced infrastructure.
