AED 9.84 Billion Total Real Estate Valuation in Ajman During 2025

The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation announced the registration of 2,275 real estate valuation transactions during the year 2025, with a total value exceeding AED 9.84 billion, according to the annual data issued by the Ajman Real Estate Index.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Umair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that valuation transactions related to real estate development project units amounted to 795 transactions with a total value of AED 52.10 million. He further noted that the Department recorded 1,834 real estate valuation transactions related to Golden Residency applications for investors, with a total value of AED 4.94 billion.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Umair Al Muhairi stated that the annual statistics reflect the quality of the real estate sector, the diversity of investment opportunities, and their suitability for various categories of investors interested in conducting their business in Ajman and benefiting from its exceptional advantages and high competitiveness.
He explained that the number of commercial property valuation transactions reached 436 transactions, with a total value exceeding AED 5.22 billion, surpassing residential properties, which recorded a value of AED 2.82 billion, while industrial properties ranked third with a total value of AED 1.75 billion.
The Director General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation also indicated that the annual real estate report included personal valuation transactions as well as valuations related to courts and institutions.
