Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation recorded during last March 126 real estate evaluation transactions with a total value of AED 642 million, according to Ajman Real-Estate Index.

Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said that real-estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman has maintained its strong performance and exceptional activity and continued recording progressivity figures and positive indexes. He also ascertained that the number of commercial properties has increased by 9.76% and gained the largest share of the valuation total value of AED 449,2 million, ahead of residential properties with a value of AED 85,3 million, while industrial properties came third with AED 80,3 million and increased in number by 14,29% compared to last February.

Al Muhairi added that evaluation transactions of golden residencies for investors reached 79 transactions with a total value exceeded AED 169.6 million, indicating that properties valuation transactions of real-estate development project units have increased by 3% and exceeded AED 19.16 million in total value.

Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation cleared that data included in the monthly real-estate report has also included personal valuation transactions and the valuation of courts and institutes.
