The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory in Ajman organized two training sessions through the Microsoft Teams program with the participation of the real estate brokers and those interested in the real estate affairs. The training program centred on the ethics of the real estate profession, marketing skills, the art of dealing with customers and how to conclude and complete transactions with professionalism.

H.E. Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory said that this training program aims to enhance the concepts of real estate trading and educate the real estate brokers and qualify them to provide distinguished services that satisfy investors and preserve their rights. He also noted the commitment of real estate brokers to the regulations and laws enacted by the Government of Ajman to regulate the real estate market and maintain its earnings an addition to their effective response to the development plan developed by the department in order to improve real estate performance in the Emirate of Ajman and enhance the emirate’s position as one of the most prominent real estate investment destinations in the region.
