The statistics contained in the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed the completion of 161 real estate valuation transactions during the month of September, with a total value of AED 410 million.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the valuation activities covered commercial, residential, and industrial properties, noting that residential properties accounted for the largest share of the total valuation value, amounting to AED 179.8 million, surpassing commercial properties, which recorded a total value of AED 120.4 million.

The Director General further explained that the September report included personal valuations, as well as valuations requested by courts and institutions, in addition to long-term Golden Residency valuations for investors, which reached 124 transactions with a total value exceeding AED 259 million
