Real estate transactions in Ajman during the past month of August amounted to AED 1.9 billion, achieving a growth rate of 21% compared to the same period in 2024, according to the statistics stated in the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the number of real estate transactions during August reached 1,389 transactions, while the number of real estate trades amounted to 1,116 transactions with a total value exceeding AED 1.39 billion. He clarified that the “Al Amerah” area recorded the highest sales transaction, amounting to AED 100 million.

Al Muhairi added that the recorded figures reflect the quality of the real estate sector, the diversity of investment opportunities, and their suitability for various categories of investors interested in conducting business in the Emirate of Ajman and benefiting from its exceptional advantages and high competitiveness.

He also pointed out that 214 mortgage transactions were registered during August, with a total value exceeding AED 285 million, noting that the highest mortgage value of AED 33 million was recorded in the “Liwarah 2” area.

The “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most traded major projects, surpassing both “City Towers” and “Ajman One” projects, while “Al Helio 2” neighborhood led the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by both “Al Helio 1” and “Al Yasmeen.”
