Abdulaziz bin Humaid Launches “Remote Sales” Service for Ajman Lands Department at GITEX 2025

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, launched the “Remote Sales” service during his visit to the Ajman Government platform at GITEX Global 2025. The new service has been introduced as part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to automate its services and adopt smart solutions aimed at developing the operational system and accelerating transaction processing.

 

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi affirmed that the “Remote Sales” service represents a qualitative addition that supports the Ajman Government’s direction toward providing digital and proactive services, in line with the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030. The service enhances investor and entrepreneur confidence by providing an ideal business environment and high-quality, efficient government services.

 

He added that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has committed to the immediate implementation of the wise leadership’s directives to eliminate bureaucracy and simplify government procedures, through a series of projects and initiatives that have contributed to achieving the set objectives and translating them into tangible results on the ground.

 

He pointed out that Ajman has achieved remarkable progress in building a competitive and diversified economy, making significant strides in improving the investment climate, enhancing the quality of life, and providing innovative services that meet world-class standards and rival the best globally.

 

For his part, H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the “Remote Sales” service enables customers to complete their transactions through simplified steps via the Digital Services Portal, allowing them to upload the title deed or ownership certificate through the UAE Pass application, without the need to visit the Department in person.

He added that the Department has been keen to adopt the latest work methodologies and has successfully developed a suite of advanced digital services that help simplify the customer journey and support the objectives of the Government Bureaucracy Elimination Program, following flexible and effective frameworks and through partnership and integration among various entities.
He also praised the strategic partnership with Ajman Bank and its significant role in achieving the desired objectives

The participation of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation comes within the framework of the Ajman Government’s commitment to showcasing its latest digital initiatives through a unified platform that reflects the Emirate’s vision of advancing services and enhancing government digital efficiency.
