His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the number of real estate transactions during the month of August amounted to 1,264 real estate transactions with a total value exceeding 1.57 billion dirhams, while the trading volume amounted to 950 million dirhams out of a total of 1,005 trading operations, noting that the “Al Helio 2” area witnessed the highest sales value at 38.7 million dirhams.

He explained that real estate transactions in Ajman achieved a growth of 4.6% compared to the same period in 2023, according to statistics included in the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressing that Ajman real estate is witnessing exceptional activity and continues to achieve positive rates in light of the diverse investment options it provides and the influx of more investors, which led to an increase in demand for real estate of various types and uses.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation pointed out that 184 mortgage transactions were registered with a total value exceeding 267 million dirhams, where the highest mortgage value was recorded at 14 million dirhams in the “Al Nuaimiya 1” area. The “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most traded main projects, ahead of both “Ajman One” and “City Towers” ​​projects, while “Hayy Al Helio 2” came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Yasmeen”.
