The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, in cooperation with the strategic partner, Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized the “Invest in Ajman” forum, with the aim of promoting the emirate and highlighting the most prominent investment opportunities, especially in the real estate sector. During the forum, which was held at Expo 2020 Dubai, in the presence of representatives of a number of participating countries, businessmen and investors, a comprehensive picture of the performance of the real estate market in the emirate was presented in addition to reviewing its economic components and global competitiveness capability.

His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that Ajman has occupied an advanced position among the list of the best real estate destinations due to its characteristics and indredients that made it one of the most prominent investment destinations in the region due to its distinguished strategic location, diversified economy and advanced infrastructure in various vital sectors, as well as Its high competitiveness, which qualified it to occupy the first place in the Arab world and the fifth globally in property registration according to the results of the World Bank classification for ease of doing business, explaining that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is working hard to enhance the business environment and improve the investment climate in line with the vision of the Emirate of Ajman under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman – may God protect him – and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman.
