His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that Ajman, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman – may God protect him – and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has achieved an exceptional digital leap at the level of the government work control system and succeeded in developing its infrastructure and achieved advanced ranks in global competitiveness indicators, which made it one of the most attractive destinations for investors and entrepreneurs and one of the best cities suitable for living and working.

This came during the launch of the AjmanRE smart application by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, where His Highness praised the quality and efficiency of the application and the efforts of the work team that supervised the completion of the project, noting the advanced digital performance and its positive impact on the level of services provided. He stressed that the department is working hard to enhance its digital system and develop its institutional performance in line with the vision of the wise leadership and to suit the needs and aspirations of its customers and strategic partners, where he directed the necessity of optimal utilization of all digital capabilities available to the department and the use of technology in order to improve work methods and provide innovative solutions and integrated services to customers.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi also listened to a full explanation from Ms. Fatima Al Shehhi, Director of Support Services Department, about the features and characteristics of the smart application and the services available through it, which were designed according to international technical standards with the aim of facilitation for customers and enabling them to complete their transactions with accuracy and ease.

For his part, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the launch of the smart application comes within the framework of the department’s development plan aimed at providing an integrated smart experience for customers and providing them with a wide range of services of high value and ultimate efficiency, explaining that the department’s customers can now Complete their transactions without the need to visit the department, by downloading the smart application that is currently available on the Play Store and Apple Store platforms, and taking advantage of its wonderful features such as the “instant chat” feature and the Ajman direct service, in addition to the service of obtaining a certificate to whom it may concern and other services such as “Registration of new property” and “Initial registration for the sale of a real estate unit” in addition to the services of “Final registration for the sale of a real estate unit”, “mortgage registration”, “mortgage release registration” and “registration of merger or sorting of a property for the same owner”. Customers can now issue a Real estate activity card and complete the service of “Renewal of Real Estate Activity Card” directly through the application quickly and easily.
