Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Ajman Department of Municipality and Planning held a coordination meeting to follow up on the implementation of the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding concluded between the two parties with the aim of simplifying and developing work procedures by strengthening the electronic linking process and facilitating exchange of engineering data and reflecting it in the electronic system, which shall reduce the completion time of transactions and raise the level of quality and accuracy of joint operations.

During the meeting, the initial plan for implementing the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding was approved, especially the ones related to the issuance of plans, valuation of plots of land, standardization of archive data, as well as re-planning operations and other services related to real estate offices, owners and investors.

It is worth noting that the Memorandum of Understanding between Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Department of Municipality and Planning aims to enhance and improve the customers’ journey through the development of innovative solutions and modern digital work methods that support the common vision of the two parties. It also aims to improve the level of governmental work performance, to provide integrated services level up to the aspirations of the various concerned groups, and to reflect the directions of the wise leadership to make clients happy in the Emirate of Ajman.
