Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed the need to continue working in a team spirit in order to ensure the success of the Ajman government’s efforts aimed at eliminating bureaucracy and enhancing the quality and flexibility of institutional performance by simplifying procedures and developing government work methods.

He said that the Department is constantly keen to evaluate the quality of services and monitor  their efficiency and suitability to the needs of customers by renewing and developing work methods to serve its strategic goals and future vision.

This came during his inspection tour of the Customer Happiness Center and various departments and sections of the Department, where he was briefed on the latest developments related to strategic projects and initiatives.

The Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation monitored the progress of work in all units and directed the provision of proactive services characterized by high quality and efficiency, enriching the customer experience and providing all means of comfort and luxury to them.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi also reviewed the status of real estate development projects in the Emirate, the rates of completion achieved, the extent of the commitment of the development companies to the implementation plan and the approved time period for completing each project.
