Abdul Aziz Al Nuaimi launches the “Aqari System” platform at GITEX 2024

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, launched during his visit to the Ajman Government stand at GITEX 2024, the “Aqari System” platform, which was created by the Department according to innovative technical standards in order to develop and improve the real estate facility management system and improve the performance of owners’ committees by relying on modern working methods and contemporary services characterized by high quality and efficiency.

The Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation confirmed that the “Aqari System” platform is an integrated digital project that translates the vision of the wise leadership in enhancing the process of sustainable digital transformation and supports the efforts of the Department and facilitates its regulatory tasks by directly reviewing the performance of management companies and determining the extent of compliance with the regulations related to jointly owned properties and following up on them on a regular basis, in addition to monitoring the financial performance of real estate projects in the Emirate of Ajman.

He said that the Department is keen to build a competitive real estate market based on technology and innovation that contributes to enhancing the quality of life in real estate projects and residential complexes and consolidating Ajman’s position as a modern city that provides all means of luxury and comfort to residents in a manner that suits the needs and aspirations of various segments of society.

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi explained that the Emirate of Ajman has become one of the best cities to live in and the most attractive for investments thanks to its high competitiveness, flexible laws that encourage investors, in addition to its diverse components, advanced infrastructure and integrated modern services that reflect the level and quality of the advanced government work system.

In turn, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the “Aqari System” platform is a continuation of the qualitative digital projects adopted by the Department in order to enhance digital excellence that supports its efforts towards a prosperous and sustainable real estate future, explaining that this new digital project will contribute to developing the mechanism for organizing the work of residential complex management companies and following up on the progress of real estate projects in innovative and unconventional ways that ensure speed and efficiency in performance.
