942 Million Dirhams was the volume of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during January

The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman witnessed the registration of 490 sales during January. The volume of real estate transactions amounted to about 942 Million Dirhams, as Al-Yasmeen district topped the list of the most traded neighbourhoods. The highest selling value was estimated at 19.1 Million Dirhams. Moreover, the monthly real estate report revealed that 73 mortgage transactions were registered, the highest of which was estimated at 80 Million Dirhams for the land category and 520,000 Dirhams for the residential real estate units.

Mr. Nasser Al-Marzouqi, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that these figures confirm the improvement in the performance of the real estate market in the emirate of Ajman in recent months thanks to the effectiveness of the proactive measures and the economic stimulus packages approved by the wise leadership to confront the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, achieve economic recovery and enhance the resilience of the real estate sector in Ajman. Al-Marzouqi indicated that the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman seeks continuously to create an ideal and competitive real estate investment environment based on preserving the rights of owners and investors as well as providing them with the best services and facilities to them.
