The monthly real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation revealed the stability of the real estate market performance in the emirate of Ajman. The Department witnessed 545 sale transactions during February where the total value of real estate transactions reached 793 million dirhams. The eastern sector tops the list of the most traded sectors, as the volume of real estate trading in the emirate was estimated at 394 million dirhams. The highest sale value was recorded for the land category in “Al Nuaimiya 2” at about 9.5 million dirhams, while the highest sale value was estimated for the category of residential units at about 979 thousand dirhams in “Al Rumaila” area in the middle of Ajman. The report confirmed that 394 mortgage transactions, the highest of which was estimated at 94 million dirhams, were registered in “Al Rumaila 2” area.
