The number of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during the third quarter of this year amounted to 1,875 real estate transactions with a total value of 3 billion dirhams, thus the real estate market is maintaining the accelerating pace of growth since the beginning of the year 2021, and the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory in Ajman stated that the department recorded During the past three months, 4917 transactions and 1461 trading operations.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that the figures and statistics of the third quarter confirm the governorate of Ajman maintaining on the high rate of growth for the performance of the real estate sector, which is experiencing a remarkable recovery period, due to several reasons, most notably the growing investment opportunities in the emirate and the quality of government services provided in addition to speed and ease of transactions completion.

The issued report revealed that the highest pledge value was recorded in “Al Helio 1” with a value of 35 million dirhams, while the highest mortgage value of 86.3 million dirhams was recorded in the “Al Nuaimia 1” area, and “Al-Yasmeen” neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by the “Al Zahia” neighborhood and the “Aliyah” district, respectively.
