Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation Honors Distinguished Customers
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that the Department is keen to enhance the role of its customers in all its development plans and has harnessed all capabilities to enable them to participate in shaping the future of the real estate sector, stressing that many initiatives have been launched with the aim of encouraging customers and appreciating their efforts and contributions to improving the performance of the Department according to precise and comprehensive standards that have been set to identify and honor distinguished categories.
This came during a Customer honoring ceremony held at the Department’s headquarters in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi and a number of senior officials, investors, and representatives of real estate development companies and real estate offices in the Emirate.
Al Muhairi stressed that the initiative to honor customers comes in line with the directives of the wise leadership to raise the level of quality of government services and develop an integrated strategy to eliminate bureaucracy, enhance customer happiness, and involve them in future development plans as they are a fundamental pillar in the sustainable development process, explaining that 6 categories of customers were honored, including the cooperative customer, the digital customer, the distinguished service partner “for banks”, the distinguished real estate broker, the innovative customer, and the distinguished supporter.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation honored the customers and urged them to continue giving and contributing positively and effectively to developing work methods, stressing the Department’s interest and keenness to build its vision and future plans according to innovative mechanisms and visions that focus on the needs of its customers and address all their requirements.
