The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation held a ceremony to honor its distinguished customers, attended by a number of senior officials, investors, and representatives of real estate development companies and real estate offices in the Emirate.

Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that this initiative reflects the Department’s commitment to strengthening its relationship with customers and engaging them in shaping the future of the real estate sector through the design of integrated service packages based on the analysis of their feedback, with the aim of facilitating procedures and providing comprehensive, proactive services.

Al Shamsi further explained that five categories of customers were honored, namely: the Digital Customer, the Distinguished Customer, the Innovative Customer, the Supporting Customer, and the Cooperative Customer. These categories were selected in accordance with precise and comprehensive criteria established to identify and recognize outstanding customers.
