“Ajman Lands” reviews its successful experiences before a delegation from the “Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi”

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi in order to learn about the best practices of work in real estate sector and to strengthen relations and exchange experiences between the two parties in the interest of their joint endeavors to achieve sustainable excellence and raise the standard of quality of services.

The agenda of the meeting included a field visit and a detailed explanation about real estate professions, the licensing mechanism, and the methods adopted to approve training programs, as well as the practices applied by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in the field of control and inspection and the privileges it provides to the real estate providers, especially those related to citizens.

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that cooperation with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi supports joint efforts to make the best of successful experiences in the real estate field, consolidate efforts, strengthen channels of coordination and communication, and share experiences at all levels and in various specializations, especially In the field of real estate qualification.

Mr. Nasser Al Marzouqi, the Director of the Real Estate Affairs Regulation Department, said that the meeting reviewed the most prominent projects and innovative initiatives adopted by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in order to develop the performance of the real estate market and enhance the competitiveness of the Emirate of Ajman at the regional and international levels. He also indicated that the delegation was obtained a full explanation of the Real Estate Classification Project, Citizen Broker Initiative, and other practices followed in the field of customer happiness.
