“Ajman Lands” Holds a Dialogue Session to Develop its Strategic Plan

The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held a dialogue session to develop its 2025-2027 strategy, in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, with the participation of government agencies, representatives of real estate development companies, real estate offices, real estate brokers, and a number of officials and employees in the Department.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that during the meeting held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ajman, the comprehensive framework of the Real estate Sector and its four pillars were reviewed, namely the sustainability of the real estate sector and its governance through laws and legislation that contribute to stimulating investment, as well as empowering competencies, enhancing transparency, and providing innovative proactive services.

Al Muhairi stressed that the Department was keen, through this session, to involve all concerned groups and its strategic partners in order to develop its strategy in line with the vision of the wise leadership and its efforts aimed at improving the performance of the real estate sector and enhancing the reputation of the Emirate of Ajman and its prestigious and leading position on the Real estate investment map.

He added that the Department intends to hold a number of meetings and discussion sessions in order to develop its strategic plan by focusing on the visions of customers and strategic partners and relying on the best practices followed in this field, stressing that the Department’s strategy stems from Ajman Vision 2030 and is in line with the UAE Quality of Life Strategy 2031.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that the stages of preparing the strategic plan included studying the needs of customers and analyzing the internal and external environment in addition to standard comparisons and taking the opinion of stakeholders and various groups working in this vital sector, which is one of the most important main drivers of economic growth.
