Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation announced the development of five main services and uploading it to Ajman One App available on APP Store and Google Play platforms.

Mr. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of Real Estate Registration confirmed that customers are able now to obtain services such as: mortgage registration, redemption registration, merging or sorting a real-estate of the same owner, updating title certificate / deed, issuance of lost / damaged replacement certificate / deed of title / mortgage through the Department website and Ajman One App 24/7.

Director of Real Estate Registration illustrated that the department keens to develop its services and keeping up with Ajman Government vision and its strategic direction through adopting modern business methods and designing integrated digital services that help enriching the customers experience and providing them with proactive services that fulfill all their demands.
