The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed that the number of real estate offices rated 4 stars according to real estate classification standards increased during the year 2022 to 50 real estate offices, an increase of 42.85%. It also announced an increase in the number of real estate offices rated 3 stars to 577 real estate offices, achieving an increase by 27.37%.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the real estate classification system reflected positively on the performance of real estate offices in Ajman and contributed significantly to enhancing the culture of excellence for them and qualified them to keep pace with the rapid pace of development witnessed by the real estate sector in the emirate and contributed effectively to the renaissance of this vital sector, which is considered as one of the most important pillars supporting the local economy.

Al Muhairi explained that the 2022 statistics confirmed the extent to which real estate offices responded to the real estate classification system and their positive adaptation to the standards carefully set by the department in order to improve the performance of the real estate sector and enhance the reputation of the Emirate of Ajman and its prestigious position on the real estate map and its distinction in creating an integrated real estate investment environment that provides high quality services and international standards comparable to those of the developed countries of the world.

The Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation confirmed that the real estate classification system succeeded in achieving its objectives in view of the results achieved, especially the improvement in the levels of performance of real estate offices and their ability to achieve positive numbers that reflect the commitment of all concerned parties and their keenness to make this project a success.
