Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that last June has witnessed 1299 real-estate transactions with a total value of AED 1.6 billion, while the total volume of trades was estimated at AED 1.1 billion out of 1067 trades.

He explained that the real estate market in Ajman continued its strong performance and maintained progressivity figures and positive indexes achieving growth of 33% comparing to the same period of 2023, according to figures and statistics indicated by Ajman Real Estate Index, as Al-Zawraa area has recorded highest value trade at AED 136.5 million.

Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation stated that last June has recorded 167 mortgaging transactions with a total value of AED 244.5 million, recording the highest mortgage value at AED 11 million in the ” Al Nuaimia 1″ area.

“Al-Manama 14” neighborhood topped the list of most trades’ neighborhoods followed by “Helio 2” and “Al-Yasmeen”. Ajman One Project has also come at the top of the most-trades key projects list, ahead of both “Emirates City” and “Madina Towers” Projects
