The Emirate of Ajman witnessed a 24.3% increase in the number of real estate valuation transactions during April compared to March, with a total value of AED 446.8 million, through 189 transactions.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, stated that the valuations covered commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural properties. He noted that residential properties accounted for the largest share of the total valuation value, amounting to AED 207.4 million, ahead of commercial properties, which total value exceeded AED 180 million.

The Director General of the Department indicated that the April report included personal valuation transactions, valuations for courts and institutions, , as well as valuations for long-term golden residencies for investors. These Golden Residency-related valuations amounted to 154 transactions, marking a 21.3% increase compared to last  March, with a total value of AED 303.3 million.
