His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the number of real estate evaluation transactions during last November amounted to 93 transactions with a total value estimated at about 318 million dirhams.

His Excellency explained that commercial properties accounted for the largest share of the total value of the evaluation at 146.7 million dirhams, ahead of industrial properties, which amounted to 93.7 million dirhams, while residential properties came third at 77.3 million dirhams.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation indicated that the number of evaluation transactions for investors’ golden residencies during the month of November reached 61 transactions, amounting to 131.3 million dirhams, stressing that the real estate report also included personal evaluation transactions and the evaluation of courts and institutions.
