Ajman Lands holds an Awareness Workshop for Workers in the Real Estate Sector

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held a specialized workshop within the “Real Estate Awareness 2024” initiative, in the presence of representatives of real estate development companies, real estate offices, real estate brokers, and a number of the Department’s officials and employees.

 

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that this initiative comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to regulate the real estate market and create an investment climate that is consistent with the vision of the wise leadership and lives up to the aspirations of the concerned groups of entrepreneurs and investors, stressing the department’s keenness to improve real estate procedures and providing a unified and integrated database that meets the needs of customers and provides them with a rich and innovative experience characterized by flexibility and speed in completing transactions.

 

During the workshop, which was held at the Department’s headquarters, a comprehensive explanation was provided about the digital services portal and how to benefit from its innovative technical features, in addition to a review of the real estate classification standards and approved evaluation mechanisms, especially aspects related to real estate governance, quality of facilities, and administrative services.

The workshop topics also varied and included real estate inspection and control operations and their importance to ensure that those engaged in real estate activities adhere to the decrees and laws regulating the real estate market in order to improve the investment environment and preserve the rights of owners and traders.
