The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman has signed a cooperation agreement with Emirates Auction, a leading company in the organization and management of public and electronic auctions in the Middle East. Under the agreement, Emirates Auction will be responsible for organizing all real estate auctions referred to it by the Department, whether in-person or electronically. The initiative comes as part of the joint efforts to develop the real estate sector by enhancing digital transformation and eliminating bureaucracy in real estate procedures.

The agreement was signed during the third edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, organized by the Department under the guidance and gracious patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman. The exhibition continues until May 1. The agreement was signed by H.E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, and H.E. Abdullah Matar Al Mannaei, Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates Auction, in the presence of several directors and officials from both parties.

Strengthening the Strategic Partnership

Under this agreement, the scope of the strategic partnership between the two sides will be expanded and the collaboration and coordination on real estate auctions related to the Department’s procedures and competencies will be enhanced. Emirates Auction will organize real estate auctions referred by the Department in accordance with official regulations and instructions issued by it, while committing to harnessing the latest digital technologies to manage and execute auctions with high efficiency.

H.E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi noted that the signing of the agreement is part of the Department’s strategic plan and ongoing efforts to provide competitive and innovative real estate services that enrich the customer experience, diversify auction options, improve mechanisms, simplify procedures, and maximize returns.
