The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman won a new award in the field of innovation in government work in the category of “The Most Innovative Entity in Rationalizing Expenditures” during the International Financial Awards Ceremony for the year 2023, which was held in the presence of a group of specialists and leading entities in the field of innovation and technology.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that receiving a new award in the field of innovation in government work in the category of “the most innovative entity in rationalizing expenditures” during the International Financial Awards 2023 ceremony is a new culmination of the department’s efforts and the success of its endeavours towards achieving sustainable excellence in various fields, foremost of which is the real estate field, noting the role of the wise leadership that stands behind these achievements thanks to its unlimited support and comprehensive proactive vision aimed at developing all strategic and vital sectors and enhancing the global position of the Emirate of Ajman as a prosperous modern city and a strategic hub for business and investment.

The Department was also keen to adopt the best financial practices and adopt innovative technical methods in the financial field and rationalize expenditures, as well as automate all its operations in line with the strategy of the Government of Ajman and its endeavours aimed at raising the efficiency of financial performance and government work in general.
