As a continuation of the qualification program for the National Broker Initiative, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held the eleventh training course for qualifying real estate brokers, with the participation of 56 real estate brokers. The course aimed to enhance the capabilities of participants, raise their efficiency, and provide them with the basic professional skills needed to practice real estate activities.

Nasser Al Marzouqi, Director of the Real Estate Relations Regulation Department, confirmed that the training course focused on the ethics of the real estate brokerage profession and best practices in this field, particularly with regard to the real estate registration process, sales and ownership transfer procedures, and the rental system in the Emirate of Ajman.

He explained that the satisfaction rate for the course reached 96%, where participants received an intensive specialized program aimed at qualifying real estate brokers and enabling them to master the regulatory controls and applicable real estate legislation, in addition to raising the level of professional and ethical awareness for practicing real estate brokerage in the Emirate of Ajman, in accordance with the ethics and procedures established by the Department to regulate the work of real estate brokers and activate their pivotal role in the real estate market.
